Culi coffee (also known as peaberry) is a special bean variety, accounting for only about 2% to 5% of each coffee harvest in vietnam. Instead of developing two flat beans per cherry as usual, a culi cherry develops only a single, plump round bean.
Because it absorbs the complete essence of the fruit, the culi bean possesses an extremely intense bitterness, a remarkably rich aroma, and a thick body, making it highly suitable for creating outstanding highlights in premium coffee blends.
